The Power BI implementation supported reconciliation workflows between Aries, Prodview and Bolo, and coordinated information from internal and external databases into standardized report formats for review by Reservoir Engineers, the Reserves Manager and Finance staff.
Governance workstreams established control and reconciliation over Aries data, maintained current and historical reserve databases and supported the Reserves Manager in compiling the quarterly reserves report. The scope included maintaining monthly and annual production forecasts for well productivity, curtailment schedules, shut ins and development turn in line schedules, supporting the Finance Department in monthly corporate finance model updates and annual budget setting, and managing annual EIA reporting of historic well and field production.
