Operational coverage extended through European rollouts, with sub-project management of SAP FI and CO implementations across Switzerland, Germany, France, Romania, Poland, and Russia. Integrations were executed as direct interfaces between Serrala FinanceSuite components and SAP transactional ledgers to support centralized payment posting, bank statement reconciliation, and automated payment runs.
Governance included a module supervisor model that acted as the interface between key users and development, control over change requests, and standardized processes for payment transaction handling and release. Implementation scope emphasized cashier workflows and operational handover, with NWZZ HR and the head of technical training responsible for planning, implementing and supervising regional management, technical and system courses. GK OmniPOS was instrumented as the front-line Point Of Sale application supporting transactional checkout, cashier training modes, receipt and transaction processing, and in-store operator certification workflows typical of the category. The deployment narrative centers on configuration of cashier workflows and training enablement rather than backend system integration details. Governance and rollout were organized around the technical training organization, with classroom and in-store course delivery, trainee support and personnel development embedded in rollout plans, and around six months after the January 2023 rollout, the project manager was promoted to head of specialist training.
