Configuration work prioritized automated invoice capture, approval routing, and expense policy enforcement consistent with AP Automation capabilities. The deployment leveraged Concur as a cloud hosted SaaS application to centralize invoice and expense processing.
Operational coverage included finance, accounts payable, and travel and expense functions across COWI offices in the three Nordic markets. Integration design to align SAP Concur Invoice and Concur Expense with existing financial controls and approval matrices was executed as part of the rollout, while specific ERP connection details were not disclosed. Governance relied on a phased rollout approach with country-level coordination and an external project manager overseeing implementation activities.
