Governance and control frameworks were strengthened through a SOX program implementing approximately 100 key controls, centralized controllership reporting and reworked Hyperion and SAP processes to align with the CRH plc shareholder environment. Outcomes explicitly recorded include a fast accounting and financial statement close, a reported 20% cost reduction in the centre, extensive executive training on finance for business, and establishment of a CPA training office to support ongoing talent development.
