VE3 led a strategic SAP Data Migration initiative to transfer master and transactional records from SAP ERP ECC 6.0 into SAP S/4 HANA, applying tailored tooling, validation steps, and cutover coordination to preserve data integrity. VE3 also implemented project communication channels and collaboration tools to enable real time information sharing, improving project visibility and stakeholder alignment during the migration.
Governance and rollout practices included structured planning, cross functional collaboration protocols, and stakeholder decision forums advised by VE3 to maintain program transparency.
