In 2014, Cubic implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP to centralize its core finance systems. The Oracle NetSuite ERP deployment addressed ERP Financial requirements for the 6000-employee professional services company, consolidating transactional accounting and financial reporting.
Configuration focused on core financial modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, fixed assets, billing, and financial reporting, with multi-entity accounting and intercompany controls to support consolidated financial statements. The implementation included chart of accounts rationalization, automated journal processing, invoice-to-cash and procure-to-pay workflow configuration, and role-based access controls tailored for finance and accounting users.
Architecturally the solution was deployed as a cloud SaaS instance of Oracle NetSuite ERP with a centralized data schema and unified ledger design. Governance and process changes accompanied the rollout, instituting centralized finance process ownership, standardized month-end close procedures, and configuration change controls to manage releases and security across the finance organization.

| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft BI (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, SQL Server Reporting) | Analytics and BI | Analytics and BI | n/a | 2013 | 2018 |
In 2013, Cubic implemented Microsoft BI (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, SQL Server Reporting) as part of an Analytics and BI initiative to standardize reporting and analytics across the organization. The deployment emphasized authoring and delivering management and operational reports using SQL Server Reporting Services as the primary delivery layer.
Design and development work concentrated on SSRS report development, complemented by SSIS for extract, transform and load workflows and SSAS for semantic models and multidimensional analysis. Microsoft BI (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, SQL Server Reporting) was used to build report templates, parameterized reports and semantic artifacts to support cross functional analysis.
Reports were developed against a variety of data sources as documented, and report artifacts were published to an SSRS report server for scheduled rendering and enterprise distribution. The implementation covered report design, data preparation and semantic modeling, enabling business users to consume standardized reports through the SSRS portal.
Governance and operational processes were organized around structured report development and deployment patterns common to Microsoft BI projects, using the SSRS server for cataloging and controlled publication and SSIS packages for repeatable data processing. The project narrative centers on report development and delivery capabilities implemented with Microsoft BI tooling within the Analytics and BI category.
