In 2022, Cumbuca implemented Pismo Core Banking, deploying Pismo's cloud-native platform to manage user accounts and to process payment cards. The implementation established Pismo Core Banking as the fintech's principal Core Banking application for account management and payments operations in Brazil.
Pismo Core Banking was configured to provide core account management and card processing capabilities, including account provisioning, card transaction processing, and payment lifecycle support. The deployment leveraged the cloud-native architecture of Pismo to centralize payments and account workflows, aligning operational processes across product, payments, and operations teams.
Operationally the rollout focused on Brazil-based customer accounts and card payments, consolidating account management and card processing onto a single platform.
