In 2020, DAMAC Properties Dubai Co PJSC implemented Oracle Cloud ERP. The implementation delivered an ERP Financial solution that centralized finance, procurement, inventory, order management and property management processes across the organization. The program replaced Oracle E-Business Suite as part of a wider Oracle Fusion initiative covering HCM, ERP and Procurement. The deployment targeted core business functions including finance, procurement, property management, sales order processing and human resources.
Configuration work focused on Order Management, Inventory, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Property Manager PN, HRMS and Oracle CRM modules. Development included custom BIP reports in the SaaS environment and creation of analytics artifacts using Oracle Analytics Cloud. Teams applied standard lifecycle practices including technical specification driven development, code reviews, formal test specifications and both unit and integration testing. Custom component development used Oracle PaaS tools OIC, PCS and VBCS to extend the SaaS footprint where required.
Integrations were explicitly built between Oracle Cloud ERP and Salesforce, a custom HR application and other inhouse applications using Oracle PaaS integration services. The solution architecture combined Oracle Fusion SaaS modules with platform services for orchestration, integration and visual application components to maintain synchronized transactional and master data across order to cash, procure to pay and HR processes. Data exchange designs included API based and middleware mediated interfaces consistent with the Oracle PaaS toolset.
Operational governance emphasized production support and defect management led by an 11 person implementation team, responsible for ongoing support of the existing EBS environment during transition. Day to day activities included identifying and analyzing defects, participating in daily defect meetings with the development team, troubleshooting and delivering timely fixes and process enhancements. The rollout approach combined migration, customization, production support and operational handover, with reporting and analytics support provisioned through Oracle Analytics Cloud for finance and operational stakeholders.

In 2014, DAMAC Properties Dubai Co PJSC deployed Oracle OBIEE to centralize Analytics and BI for contact center and customer operations reporting. The engagement was scoped to manage and oversee inbound and outbound operations, explicitly aligning Oracle OBIEE reporting with SIEBEL, OBIEE reporting tools and VOCALCOM for Automatic Call Distribution and reporting.
Oracle OBIEE was configured to provide operational dashboards, scheduled reports and ad hoc analysis, using a semantic layer and metadata modeling consistent with Analytics and BI practices. The implementation focused on surfacing call-level metrics, queue and agent performance indicators, and consolidated contact center KPIs for operations managers.
The OBIEE deployment integrated transactional records from SIEBEL, an Oracle based application, and ACD event and reporting feeds from VOCALCOM Hermes.Net, consolidating inbound and outbound data streams into a unified reporting layer. Data feeds and ETL processes were organized to align Siebel transactional data with VOCALCOM call event logs, enabling cross-system joins and time series analysis within Oracle OBIEE.
Governance and operational ownership rested with contact center management and operations, who used Oracle OBIEE reporting to standardize report catalogs and scheduled refresh cadences for daily oversight. The implementation emphasized consistent data definitions across SIEBEL and VOCALCOM sources to support reliable Analytics and BI reporting for inbound and outbound workflow management.
