The system produced the pay and contribution data required for external organizations including Urssaf, Pôle emploi, pension funds, and mutual insurance, and was used to prepare submissions and supporting documentation.
Day to day operations combined mastery of the BODET time management system and Sage 100 Payroll to collect and process employee information across absence management and contract lifecycle events. Governance emphasis centered on account level controls and DSN phase 3 verification to ensure statutory compliance during the payroll run cycle.

The implementation emphasized structured procurement workflows and master data hygiene to support purchasing complexity across automotive, aeronautic, defence and other addressable markets served by the group.
Operational coverage extended to Purchasing, Stores, Supply Chain and Finance teams, with SAP MM used to coordinate consignment stock arrangements and to support export processes and active and passive customs regimes mentioned by the organization.
