The implementation included regular uploads to ADP PayForce to process mass changes and extraction of reports to validate employee data accuracy, reflecting standard Benefits Administration functionality such as enrollment management and data reconciliation.
Integrations were explicit and operational, with SAP SuccessFactors Connections supplying daily HR transactions into ADP PayForce, and ADP eTIME Time and Attendance used to verify payroll hours and manager approvals prior to final HR approval to Payroll. Reporting and transactional extracts were used to reconcile totals and generate payroll adjustment inputs across ADP Benefits, ADP PayForce, and ADP eTIME, supporting payroll and HRIS continuity for US corporate employees.
Governance and process roles were established within Corporate HR, with HR Operations Support Analysts and Human Resources Administrators acting as primary points of contact for employees, administering daily transactions and handling approvals. The HR team drafted and delivered employee and manager communications and training materials for an ADP eTIME upgrade, coordinated bulk mailings, and assembled new hire files to operationalize benefits enrollment and ongoing administration.
