The Phase 1 implementation configured SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding modules, including Recruitment Management settings, Recruiting Standardizations, applicant status flows, form templates, template and trigger settings, interview scheduling and Interview Central, and cross boarding capabilities for internal hires. As a functional consultant, customizations and solution design were executed to address identified gaps and to implement new Recruitment and Onboarding capabilities. Integration work focused on onboarding integration setups and detailed field mappings, and the project produced onboarding dashboards to support operational visibility. Stakeholder engagement and operational scope were centered on the People & Culture team and the Recruitment team, with the implemented modules supporting hiring, interview orchestration, applicant lifecycle management, and new hire onboarding processes across the department. Governance and process change work included systematic GAP analysis by executing the solution in the test environment, running user requirements elicitation sessions, and capturing business requirements in a formal business requirements document. Identified issues were converted into configuration and process tasks, and standardization of recruitment workflows was driven by the elicited requirements and subsequent configuration changes. Knowledge transfer and BAU readiness were handled through training materials and e learning assets. Instructional manuals were authored for People & Culture, step by step process captures were recorded with Captivate, and those videos were incorporated into the department e learning software for use by end users and stakeholders during rollout and ongoing operations.
