Agile collaboration patterns were used in solution delivery, with product owner and scrum master interaction to prioritize and complete commitments. Integrations were operated as a mix of in-house integrations and connections to third party vendor solutions, and the implementation acknowledged common integration concepts including flat file exchange, APIs, and connectors as part of the environment design. Operational stakeholders included HR Centers of Excellence, internal IT, Business Analytics & Solutions, Data Security, and Regulatory groups, all of which contributed to intake, prioritization, and governance of HR technology demand. The HR Systems Administrator role served as the liaison between HR COEs and technical teams, maintaining configuration records, managing integrations, and ensuring operational readiness for biannual SuccessFactors releases, while contributing to the HR Technology Solutions product backlog and portfolio governance.
