Governance for the implementation emphasized accounting controls and process standardization, including established and updated accounting procedures, monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, variance analysis by cost center, journal entry corrections, and a centralized monthly payout close process. Operational ownership rested with JIB and accounting teams who executed reconciliation, audit support, and payout statement generation while using Peloton Wellview data as the primary operational record.
