The implementation connected financial posting and cost accounting flows with supply chain transactions to support procure to pay and order to cash processing across finance and supply chain functions. Governance was organized through a Second level core team member structure, with Dilmah staff holding configuration and control responsibilities while partner teams executed supply chain planning tasks. Process standardization, role based access controls, and workflow approvals were configured within Oracle E-Business Suite to align operational procedures with the new ERP Financial platform.
