From an integration and operational coverage perspective Rossmann integrated SymphonyAI store and space planning into its international reference architecture from an IT perspective to enable repeatable rollout and scalability as the retailer grows in Spain and maintains consistency with German operations. The deployment explicitly covers Rossmann’s Spain expansion, where the retailer operates 23 stores, and extends processes for category management, merchandising and store operations across multiple store sizes.
Governance and workflow changes emphasize supporting business colleagues with data driven automated and optimized planograms and assortments, embedding the SymphonyAI Retail CPG Suite into merchandising and category management workflows.
