The team configured chart of accounts, company codes, global parameters, fiscal year and posting period variants, account groups, field status groups and tolerance groups, and applied New GL features such as document splitting and parallel accounting.
Integrations explicitly included SAP S4HANA, Concur and Ariba as part of a broader procurement integration program that connected OpenText Vendor Invoice Management to expense and procurement sources and to SAP posting flows. Master data and transaction migration used LSMW, COPA generation and design work supported profitability and cost-based analysis, and electronic bank statement processes were developed to support reconciliation downstream of invoice posting.
Governance and rollout were driven by business requirements gathering, focused group workshops and prototype design, with onshore and offshore SAP resources coordinated for configuration and testing.
