DUCA engaged Celero to assist with transition activities including cutover planning and data migration to the Fiserv DNA Bank Platform. Integrations were executed to align DNA with existing customer facing applications and operational systems, ensuring consistent member data and transactional integrity across channels. Governance and operational ownership were established with retail banking and operations teams to run the Core Banking platform. As stated by DUCA the implementation enabled more advanced data analytics, a more holistic view of member relations, and streamlined back of house processing.
