In 2020, Eaton India implemented Adobe Experience Manager as a Digital Asset Management solution on their website. The deployment centralized web-facing media and marketing assets into Adobe Experience Manager, creating a single repository for images, PDFs, product brochures and localized creative assets used by web content teams. Eaton India uses Adobe Experience Manager to support public site content delivery and marketing operations for its corporate web presence.
Functionally the Adobe Experience Manager implementation leverages core Digital Asset Management capabilities including metadata-driven cataloging, version control, automated renditions and approval workflows to manage asset lifecycle and governance. Integration work is concentrated on delivering assets directly to the public website and supporting web content management workflows rather than backend product or financial systems. Governance is organized around taxonomy, access controls and approval processes to enable marketing and product content teams to manage digital assets consistently across the site.
