In 2016 EFG Companies deployed Auto Master Systems (AMS) DMS as its Dealership Management application to handle new account orders, product configurations, and dealer menu administration. The AMS DMS implementation was operated alongside AS400 systems for order processing, with teams validating XML coding for accuracy and performing pre and post production audits that were reported to account operations leadership.
Configuration work emphasized account order processing, rate and pricing configuration, and product integration capabilities. Staff built Excel based rate pricing tools to support AMS DMS workflows, executed configuration changes for new account launches, product implementations and conversions, and maintained testing and validation routines for rates and forms.
The AMS DMS connected to external network and menu partners, and the implementation included hands on integration work with client facing platforms such as Tail Light (SPAN, ProfitPro, MenuPro), EFG DRIVE Client Portal, EFG COMPASS e contracting application, and SPP Express portal. Reporting modules were used to deliver status on account launches, implementations and modifications, while ongoing operational reporting tracked new application users and key application performance metrics.
Governance and operational processes centered on requirements gathering, integration testing, troubleshooting, and formalized audit and reporting cycles. Support workflows routed findings and status updates to an Account Orders Supervisor, and staff responsibilities included facilitating partner relationships, assisting representatives and internal clients, and maintaining launch and product implementation documentation.
