Integration architecture was realized through ABAP proxies and custom interface programs, with XSLT mapping artifacts generated under Stylus Studio to mediate XML payload transformations. WebDynpro was used for selected user-facing extensions, enabling integrated screens for operational users while core transaction processing remained within SAP ERP ECC 6.0.
Operational ownership covered sales, materials management and finance teams, with a sustained support model for interface maintenance and enhancement. Governance centered on code-level controls for user exits and BAdI implementations, change management for ABAP and WebDynpro deliveries, and managed mapping assets to keep retail integration stable and traceable.
