Governance and process changes centered on consolidated HR data ownership, standardized onboarding and payroll orchestration, and an automated cadence for engagement and development surveys. The implementation produced explicit outcomes reported by the customer including a 5% increase in employee engagement and a time savings of roughly an hour a week for the organisational development team.
