In 2014, Enedis implemented SAP Business One as an ERP Financial system to consolidate core finance processes and align with its participation in the Flexiciency project architect initiative, a pan-European energy data exchange cloud platform built on SAP HANA Cloud Platform and designed in accordance with EU security and privacy standards. The deployment placed SAP Business One at the center of Enedis financial operations and connected transactional finance workflows to the broader energy data exchange architecture.
SAP Business One was configured to deliver standard ERP Financial capabilities, including centralized general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset management, and statutory financial reporting. Configuration focused on financial master data harmonization and chart of accounts alignment to support regulated utility accounting patterns, while leveraging SAP Business One reporting and consolidation features for finance teams.
The implementation integrated SAP Business One with the SAP HANA Cloud Platform based Flexiciency exchange layer to enable secure B2B energy data flows and to enforce EU privacy and security controls on data exchanged with pan-European partners. Integration work emphasized secure data exchange, role based access controls, and audit logging to meet compliance expectations for cross border utility data sharing.
Governance centered on tightening financial data governance, implementing workflow orchestration for period close and approvals, and embedding privacy by design principles consistent with the Flexiciency architecture. Rollout prioritized finance functional coverage within Enedis, aligning process change, operating procedures, and audit controls with the cloud based energy data exchange environment.

In 2016 Enedis implemented Altays HRIS to digitalise its annual and professional appraisal processes, deploying Altays Entretiens as the core capability within an HR / performance & evaluations program in France. The rollout provisioned self-evaluation tools for roughly 50,000 employees and manager workflows for about 6,000 managers, creating structured self-assessment and manager review flows inside the Altays HRIS.
Functionally the Altays HRIS deployment centered on appraisal orchestration, self-assessment questionnaires, structured manager review forms, and centralized completion tracking and reporting to improve interview coverage across business units. Rollout governance was coordinated by Enedis HR in France and was described by Altays in a 2018 article, and the implementation is reported to have significantly increased interview completion rates.

In 2015, Enedis implemented IBM Maximo as its Enterprise Asset Management platform. Sinorfi served as the system integrator and the deployment targeted Enedis Group operations with technical ownership and ongoing application stewardship based in Toulouse.
The IBM Maximo implementation centered on Maximo 7.6.1.2 with a managed migration from Maximo 7.6.0.9 to 7.6.1.2. Configuration emphasized core EAM capabilities including asset master data, work order management, maintenance scheduling and incident tracking, with automation and industrialization of deliveries implemented via a PIC process and formal release management.
The technical architecture used WebLogic as the application server and Oracle as the database, with REST APIs for service interfaces. Development and operational toolchains included Java, JavaScript, Jython and Python for extensions, Postman for API validation, Mxloader for bulk data operations, and CI/CD and code quality tooling such as Git, Jenkins and SonarQube, coordinated through JIRA and a Release Manager function.
Operational governance was organized around a Technical Manager role responsible for solution technical oversight, qualification estimation and processing of user stories, developer support and migration coordination. The engagement included TMA GMAOR support processes, demonstrating sustained application lifecycle management and ongoing technical maintenance for the IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management environment.
