Energi Fyn revisited and standardized financial dimensions and project parameters during configuration to raise data quality and align project costing and reporting. The project intentionally minimized bespoke customizations to lean on out of the box functionality and continuous Microsoft updates, changing organizational processes to fit platform-standard workflows. Operational scope included corporate finance and the technical organization, with explicit support for increased investment activity in electricity grid expansion and broadband projects. The rollout followed a structured, phased project governance model led by a consistent Fellowmind team, with iterative dialogue between the project team and super users across phases.
