Governance and process ownership were formalized through active membership in the design authority for any finance function changes, leading business needs assessments, defining business requirements, and executing fit gap analysis. The architecture and rollout combined solution design, process restructuring, and integration planning, and the ground handling solution explicitly generated additional annual revenue of USD 24 million for the ground services entity.

Project governance followed SAP's ACTIVATE cloud delivery methodology and tracked all project phase deliverables, enforcing phased rollout milestones and configuration approvals. Governance activities focused on aligning compensation configuration, approval workflows, and service centre triage to standardized HR operational processes.
