Deployment focused on core financial management capabilities common to ERP Financial solutions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, basic inventory valuation and order processing. Configuration emphasized workflow enforcement and transaction controls to align day to day operations with accounting processes and reduce ad hoc handling. The rollout addressed finance, sales order processing and purchasing functions within ETRIX operations in Switzerland, with governance changes to formalize approval paths and process ownership. Managing Partner Sandro Tomasino stated that SAP Business One forces adherence to structured workflows, which has allowed the company to grow less chaotically, increase efficiency, avoid later restructuring and subsequent investments, and gain an important competitive advantage.
