Acumatica Legacy Acumatica Cloud ERP ERP Financial ERP n/a 2017 2017
In 2017, Fabuwood Cabinetry implemented Acumatica Cloud ERP to centralize core ERP Financial operations across its finance organization. The Acumatica Cloud ERP deployment served as the primary financial system for accounts receivable, invoicing, cash application, collections, credit management, and month end reconciliation. The implementation configured Acumatica Cloud ERP functional workflows for invoice billing and AR collections, established cash application processes for batch payment reconciliation, and formalized credit decision workflows used to review customer credit applications. Modules and capabilities documented in the deployment included accounts receivable, invoicing, cash application, collections, credit processing, and reconciliation, with order release approval integrated into AR operational procedures. The environment was implemented as a cloud-hosted Acumatica Cloud ERP instance that connected operationally to external payment processing streams for credit card, debit and ACH batch reports and interfaced with credit decisioning platforms used by the credit processor. Operational scope centered on the finance and order management functions, with day to day activity concentrated in accounts receivable, cash application, collections, account management and credit review. Governance and workflow restructuring included a senior accounts receivable role that provided final approval for order releases, supervised a three person AR and cash application team, and led training for cash application, collections, account management, reconciliation, credit and invoicing. Change management emphasized standardized AR procedures and documented reconciliation and batch review practices within Acumatica Cloud ERP.
