SAP Legacy SAP ERP ECC 6.0 ERP Financial ERP n/a 2013 2013
In 2013 Fast Shop implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as its core ERP Financial system to centralize financial and facilities-related transaction processing at the national level. The deployment targeted consolidated management of facilities across Fast Shop, A2you, M1 and Distribution, establishing a single financial and operational ledger for service contracts and budget administration. SAP ERP ECC 6.0 was configured to support budget planning and administration, supplier management and contract management workflows specific to facilities services. Functional capabilities implemented include procurement and supplier master management for cleaning and conservation contracts, rental of equipment, canopy supplies, hygiene and office supplies, vending machine services, gardening, garbage collection and reception services, alongside financial transaction processing and budget controls consistent with an ERP Financial environment. Operational coverage extended across national facilities and distribution sites, with the system used by facilities, procurement and finance teams to manage supplier engagements and service delivery contracts. The implementation centralized master data governance and transactional performance monitoring, with explicit mention of GMD and performance alignment within the SAP ERP System. Governance workstreams established standards, controls and operational procedures for service contract lifecycle, supplier oversight and budget governance. Process redefinition focused on supplier contract administration and budget control workflows, with rollout executed to cover all Fast Shop brands and distribution operations under the SAP ERP ECC 6.0 ERP Financial deployment.

VAGAS Tecnologia Legacy Vagas Recruitment Platform Recruiting HCM n/a 2013 2013
In 2013 Fast Shop deployed the Vagas Recruitment Platform as its applicant tracking system on the company's public careers website. The Vagas Recruitment Platform, categorized as Recruiting, was configured to capture candidate applications, host job listings, and centralize applicant records for Fast Shop's talent acquisition and HR teams. The implementation targeted Fast Shop's Brazil operations for a retailer with roughly 4,000 employees and linked the career site intake directly to the ATS for candidate submission. Configuration emphasized core Recruiting capabilities including job posting management, structured application intake, candidate status workflows, and candidate profile management, reflecting standard ATS workflow orchestration. The Vagas Recruitment Platform was instrumented into Fast Shop's career pages to route applicants into recruiting queues, and HR retained governance over requisition approval and interview workflow configuration. Integrations were limited to the public website connection for candidate collection, with operational ownership assigned to Fast Shop's central HR and talent acquisition function.

Microsoft Legacy Microsoft Azure Machine Learning ML and Data Science Platforms AI Development n/a 2016 2013
In 2016, Fast Shop adopted Microsoft Azure Machine Learning as part of a Cortana Intelligence Suite deployment to expand its ML and Data Science Platforms capability and accelerate predictive analytics. The decision followed evaluation of Microsoft Power BI for visualization and the need to move away from a costly on-premises IBM solution toward a cloud-first analytics stack to reduce costs and increase insight velocity. The implementation centered on Azure SQL Data Warehouse for structured analytics storage, Azure Analysis Services for semantic modeling, Microsoft Azure Machine Learning for predictive modeling, and Power BI for visualization. Fast Shop also considered Azure Data Factory to automate data flows, and business users were able to push data to Azure directly, enabling analysts to ingest, prepare, and produce reports without a formal IT-led process. Architecturally the deployment is cloud-native on Microsoft Azure, with a structured cloud data warehouse feeding analytics and Machine Learning scoring and Power BI serving as the reporting layer. Governance and rollout were business-led, with Fast Shop building about 90 percent of the solution without IT help according to Souza Lima, leveraging Cortana Intelligence Suite documentation and the seamless integration between Azure SQL Data Warehouse and Power BI. The analytics platform was implemented with an expectation of companywide impact and cost reduction.
