| Infor | Legacy | Infor Baan ERP Accounts Payable | AP Automation | ERP | n/a | 2012 | 2013 |
In 2012 Ferrari implemented Infor Baan ERP Accounts Payable as part of a broader Infor LN finance and purchasing consolidation across its Italian operations. The deployment emphasized AP Automation within the finance organization to centralize accounts payable workflows alongside purchasing and supply chain processes.
The implementation applied standard AP Automation capabilities consistent with corporate finance consolidation, including invoice capture and validation, vendor invoice workflow, AP ledger consolidation and payment scheduling to support unified procure to pay processing. Infor Baan ERP Accounts Payable was configured to align with finance master data and purchasing master data, enabling common vendor records and unified invoice posting flows.
Operational coverage concentrated on Ferrari’s Italian operations, where the finance scope explicitly included accounts payable and purchasing consolidation across finance, purchasing, supply chain and manufacturing functions. The Infor LN finance and purchasing consolidation provided the crossfunctional backbone, which allowed accounts payable processing to be managed in the same transactional and master data context used by MRP and production planning.
Governance and process alignment were executed within the finance transformation scope described in Infor’s customer materials, with centralization of AP controls and workflow ownership under corporate finance. Reported outcomes tied to the consolidated finance and purchasing platform included faster MRP performance, leaner inventory and better supply chain synchronization, outcomes that the accounts payable consolidation supported by ensuring more consistent invoice and vendor data in the finance and purchasing systems.

| Infor | Legacy | Infor CloudSuite Industrial (Syteline) | Manufacturing ERP | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016, Ferrari implemented Infor CloudSuite Industrial (Syteline) as its Manufacturing ERP. The deployment accompanied a major re-engineering of supply chain, purchasing, finance, and manufacturing processes across Ferrari's operations.
The implementation used Infor CloudSuite Industrial (Syteline) core manufacturing, finance, and procurement workflows and was complemented by Infor ION, Infor Warehouse Mobility, and Infor Sales & Operations Planning to extend integration, warehouse mobility, and sales and operations planning capabilities. Functional focus included orchestration of order-to-manufacture processes, supplier collaboration with third-party suppliers and partners, and tighter inventory and warehouse controls enabled by mobility solutions. The architecture connected manufacturing execution and planning capabilities with transactional finance and purchasing modules within the Manufacturing ERP environment.
Process governance was restructured to manage cross-functional workflows spanning supply chain, purchasing, finance, and manufacturing, executed in conjunction with external suppliers and partners. Ferrari CIO Vittorio Boero noted the implementation was quite successful, in line with Ferrari's expectations. Infor CloudSuite Industrial (Syteline) served as the central Manufacturing ERP platform within the broader Infor solution set implemented at Ferrari.

| Velas | Legacy | Velas Blockchain | Blockchain Platform | Blockchain | n/a | 2022 | 2022 |
In 2022 Ferrari partnered with Velas to deploy Velas Blockchain as a Blockchain Platform for Scuderia Ferrari and related fan engagement initiatives. The agreement was structured as a commercial sponsorship, positioning Velas Blockchain as the underlying blockchain infrastructure for exclusive digital products and experiences tied to Ferrari’s Formula 1 operations.
Velas Blockchain was implemented to leverage its layer one architecture and built-in NFT marketplace capability, with Proof of Stake consensus cited as a more energy-efficient alternative to the current version of Ethereum. Functional capabilities referenced in the partnership include minting and marketplace services for non-fungible tokens, token-based digital collectibles, and blockchain-native content distribution for fans.
Operational scope centers on Scuderia Ferrari’s Formula 1 team and extends to Ferrari Esports Series where Velas will act as Title Sponsor, creating a unified commercial and technical footprint across competitive racing and esports channels. Business functions affected by the implementation include marketing, fan engagement, digital commerce, and esports event sponsorship, with the platform expected to support product launches and branded digital experiences.
Governance and rollout are tied to the sponsorship framework, with Ferrari and Velas coordinating commercial rights and product launches rather than a traditional IT systems integration program. The partnership notes that NFTs and tokenized products remain unfamiliar to many Scuderia fans, highlighting adoption risk as a primary consideration for go-to-market sequencing and fan education efforts.
