Governance and process changes were driven by HR Shared Services, with the HRIS function coordinating configuration and the Talent Acquisition team driving recruitment workflows. Regular feedback to retail line management via an HR newsletter was used to educate end users, improve operational efficiency, and contributed to improved customer satisfaction.
