Operational integrations reflected the multi-system HR landscape, with SuccessFactors connected for onboarding orchestration, ADP Freedom used for payroll interfacing, Solman Ticketing Tool employed for HR case management, and supporting systems including SharePoint, Retail J, and KDS for travel and expenses. The configuration emphasized end user access through SAP Fiori and back end record management in SAP HR to support HR Shared Services operations and retail line manager interactions.
Governance and process changes were driven by HR Shared Services, with the HRIS function coordinating configuration and the Talent Acquisition team driving recruitment workflows. Regular feedback to retail line management via an HR newsletter was used to educate end users, improve operational efficiency, and contributed to improved customer satisfaction.
