In 2010, Fexco implemented Oracle E-Business Suite R12 as an ERP Financial deployment focused on its Merchant Services division. The engagement was led by an Interim Systems Operations Manager responsible for Oracle operations and the cash management module, with direct reporting into the IT systems manager and CFO.
The implementation concentrated on Oracle E-Business Suite cash management capabilities, transaction capture workflows and remittance processing to merchants and acquirers. The team led business analysis and process mapping across merchant services, documenting 10 core processes and analyzing 25 interfaces, producing process maps, design documents and risk registers with control matrices.
Integrations included online banking payment flows with HSBC and AIB, and interface management to acquirers and remittance endpoints, aligned with the deployed cash management and payments functionality. The scope encompassed IT infrastructure oversight, budgeting and day-to-day management of all Oracle e-business systems activities for Merchant Services.
Governance workstreams established Standard IT Operating Processes and Service Level Agreements aligned to ITIL, and instituted formal risk, incident, problem, change and release management processes. The project leadership ran a six member design and implementation workstream, managed third party suppliers to contractual KPIs and SLAs, and delivered regular progress reports to steering committees.
Operational responsibilities also covered RFP preparation, vendor selection and onboarding for systems and services required by the Oracle E-Business Suite rollout, executed over a nine month period from March 2010 to November 2010.

| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2011 | 2012 |
In 2011, Fexco implemented Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS as a Core HR solution, with a focused HR and payroll delivery track run between May 2011 and October 2011 under a named Lead HR/Payroll Solution Architect. The implementation is recorded against Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS and was executed within the 2011 timeframe to establish centralized human resources and payroll processing capabilities for Fexco Ireland.
The deployment concentrated on Core HR and payroll functional modules, including employee and position records, payroll calculation engines, HR transactional workflows, and absence and benefits administration consistent with typical Core HR implementations. Configuration work emphasized master data stabilization, payroll rule configuration, and HR workflow orchestration to support ongoing personnel transactions and pay runs.
Architecturally, the implementation was delivered on the Oracle E-Business Suite application stack, using the standard E-Business Suite HRMS data model, application tier services, and a central relational database tier typical of E-Business Suite deployments of that period. System configuration leveraged Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS functional capabilities to enforce HR process controls and to produce payroll output suitable for downstream payment and statutory reporting processes.
Governance of the program was formalized around an HR and payroll program lead, with HR stakeholders engaged for process definition, payroll validation, and cutover activities. Rollout scope covered core HR and payroll business functions for Fexco in Ireland, with an emphasis on consolidating HR transaction processing and establishing a repeatable payroll run cadence.

In 2012 Fexco implemented Oracle OBIEE to deliver enterprise reporting and decision support within its Analytics and BI environment. The deployment included BI Publisher and Answers for report bursting and ad hoc query capabilities, and development and rollout were executed through the full ODI and OBIEE stack, from ODI integration jobs to RPD semantic modeling, dashboard construction and report builds.
Architecturally the implementation combined Oracle Data Integrator feeds into an OBIEE semantic layer, with the Repository RPD serving as the single semantic model and BI Publisher and Answers managing formatted distribution and self-service access. Operational scope covered centralized enterprise reporting and analytics for Fexco's financial services operations, with governance centered on RPD version control, staged ODI to OBIEE deployment pipelines, and scheduled bursting workflows to support distributed report delivery.
