In 2019, Fosroc implemented XCD HRMS as a Core HR system. The deployment was scoped as a global Core HR rollout with a phased program that delivered phase one to the head office in Dubai and to a UK manufacturing site, and the full program completed over an 18 month phased schedule. Implementation work included workflow configuration, role based access and centralized reporting to standardize HR, recruitment and talent processes across the Dubai head office and the UK manufacturing site. Operational scope covered HR, recruitment and talent management functions and enabled hiring managers and employees to use self-service capabilities within XCD HRMS.
