In 2020 France Télévisions implemented Dalet Galaxy xCloud as a Dalet MAM deployment to pivot its newsroom to the cloud during the COVID-19 lockdown, using Digital Asset Management to sustain news production and newsroom operations. The implementation focused on restoring full news operations quickly and enabling remote production workflows outside the physical newsroom.
The deployment emphasized newsroom capabilities typical of a Dalet MAM, including remote editing and collaboration, asset ingest and cataloging, metadata-driven search and retrieval, and support for multiplatform delivery workflows. Configuration prioritized proxy editing and collaboration features to allow distributed teams to assemble, review, and publish packages without physical access to studio infrastructures.
Rollout was executed as a news production deployment in France, driving process changes across the newsroom to operate from distributed locations, and restoring full news operations in under four weeks. Outcomes reported include improved remote production efficiency and a significantly increased ability for the broadcaster to operate outside the physical newsroom, with Dalet MAM and Dalet Galaxy xCloud serving as the central Digital Asset Management platform for news teams.

| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle CX Cloud | Customer Experience | CRM | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018 France Télévisions implemented Oracle CX Cloud to centralize audience data and to drive advertising and marketing operations within its Customer Experience strategy. The implementation targeted France Télévisions Publicité, the group advertising network managing nearly 30 television channels, and positioned Oracle CX Cloud as the core platform for audience segmentation and campaign activation.
The deployment combined Oracle CX, Oracle CX Marketing, and Oracle Data Management Platform including Oracle BlueKai to ingest behavioral signals and enrich socio-demographic CRM profiles. Configuration work focused on behavioral data capture, taxonomy creation, audience segmentation, real-time personalization rules, and execution capabilities for email and push channels using Oracle CX Marketing and Oracle BlueKai Audience Data Marketplace Data as a Service.
Integrations were built to connect Oracle CX Cloud with ad servers and third-party platforms, and to aggregate anonymous user behavior with corporate CRM socio-demographic data, enabling unified audience profiles. Operational coverage included digital assets and mobile applications, allowing the marketing and advertising technology stack to use unified profiles for targeted campaigns and app acquisition flows.
Governance was aligned with France Télévisions’ Data Friendly policy and the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation GDPR, with Oracle expert services contributing business and implementation guidance. The program restructured personalization workflows and campaign orchestration so marketing, advertising sales, and product teams could operationalize behavioral segments and consented data for targeted communications.
Outcomes reported by France Télévisions were explicit and measurable within the program scope, including increased cost per thousand through more reliable campaign data, a rise in app downloads driven by targeted campaigns, an increase in open and click rates using Oracle Marketing Cloud personalization, and a specific increase in push notification and email open rates from 1.3% to 2.6%. The organization created over 300 data campaigns covering 95 audience segments and doubled personalized email open rates when adapting subject and body text to viewing behavior, while unifying first-party and third-party data to enrich media campaign offerings using Oracle CX Cloud.
