SAP Legacy SAP S/4 HANA ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, Frasers Property implemented SAP S/4 HANA as its ERP Financial platform to support a targeted business transformation for the AsiaMalls portfolio. The rollout was managed through a formal project office and steering committee structure, with explicit enforcement of timeline and budget controls during the implementation phase. The SAP S/4 HANA deployment focused on core ERP Financial functionality and the stabilization of post go live operations. Frasers Property managed the Business As Usual phase within SAP S/4 HANA, driving resolution of outstanding project issues and the prioritization and intake of new enhancement requests while operating the application as the enterprise financial system. The implementation was executed alongside a broader IT consolidation, including migration of email systems, file server migration to SharePoint, and physical server relocation to a data centre. Integrations were managed between SAP S/4 HANA and Frasers Property’s SAP SuccessFactors environment, and the project included connecting an asset manager COTS ERP, an AsiaMalls personnel system, and a bespoke ERP into Frasers Property’s SAP S/4 HANA and SuccessFactors landscape. Operational governance encompassed IT operations ownership for email, IT security, end user support, infrastructure, and network administration. Security architecture changes were implemented as part of the rollout, including a two tier firewall topology with a Sophos firewall front facing an existing Palo Alto firewall, and deployment of Sophos email filtering and synchronised security solutions, which the program reported reduced phishing and spoofing emails by more than 95 percent.

SAP Legacy SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Compensation Management HCM n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, Frasers Property implemented SAP SuccessFactors Compensation as a centralized Compensation Management solution to support HR and payroll processes and to digitize salary review and variable pay planning. The engagement focused on positioning SAP SuccessFactors Compensation to improve employee experience and operational efficiency within corporate HR, with project ownership spanning requirement gathering through solution delivery and ongoing support. The implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation included configuration of compensation planning workflows, merit and bonus templates, budget controls, approval routing, and role based security to enforce segregation of duties. Compensation Management was configured to support structured pay cycles and workload orchestration for HR admins and managers, with emphasis on a secure, maintainable solution design aligned to total cost of ownership objectives. Integrations were established with HR related systems and HR information processes, including the Learning Management System, Recruiting, onboarding and offboarding processes, and payroll interfaces to synchronize headcount and pay data. Data flows were organized to feed compensation decisions from HR records and to export approved pay actions to downstream payroll processes, enabling coordinated HR to payroll orchestration and consistent employee records. Governance and rollout were driven by a central application lifecycle owner responsible for stakeholder alignment, compliance, and TCO stewardship, leading requirement workshops, system design reviews, and change management for HR users. The program explicitly emphasized digitization and process improvement opportunities for HR and payroll, and delivered the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementation with a mandate for secure, sustainable, and maintainable operations to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
