The team prepared Technical Design documents, Installation documents, and Unit Test Case documents, and designed and implemented alternative corrective solutions to ensure system stability. Operational work focused on functional testing of business requirements for quality assurance, uploading test artifacts to Quality Center, executing manual testing for each release, and conducting regression and user acceptance testing. Support activities included troubleshooting and resolving issues by liaising with end users and DBAs, and collaborating with analysts, designers, and system owners during Oracle Applications testing. Change governance covered gathering new process changes and reporting requirements, performing feasibility analysis, and producing functional design documents for prioritized requests. The program coordinated with development teams during builds, managed test plans and scripts, and provided user acceptance testing support and training for business users during new implementations and initiatives.
