In 2016, FULLBEAUTY Brands managed an onsite upgrade and implementation of Oracle e-Business Suite Accounts Payable as part of an Oracle financials R12.2.5 initiative. Implementation scope included configuration and modular rollout for Purchasing, Inventory, iProcurement, Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger. The ADP Workforce Now rollout delivered self-service and talent modules, including Employee Dashboard, Recruiting, Onboarding, Health & Welfare, and Employee and Manager self-service capabilities. Configuration work included extensive reporting and operational setup, with more than 3,000 domestic reports created via Reports Smith Crystal Reporting and platform configuration to support payroll and timekeeping administration. The program included $1.3MM in managed project fees covering system patches, installations, data management, testing, and end-user training, and contract negotiations that yielded $180K in savings over a three-year period. Governance and operating model changes accompanied the implementation, with centralization of HRIS, Time Keeping and Payroll departments and conversion of three subdivisions to a centralized shared services platform that produced an identified $220K vendor savings. The HRIS and payroll organization was managed as an eight-person team, operating within an annual payroll budget of $2.2MM, and reported multi-year budget reductions including a $300K departmental savings and $220K from centralization.
