| FIS Global | Legacy | FIS GETPAID | AR Automation | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2008 | 2008 |
In 2008 Gardner Denver implemented FIS GETPAID as an AR Automation solution across its corporate shared services structure. The deployment targeted the U.S. and European Shared Service Centers and was applied to an international receivables portfolio exceeding $150MM, consolidating balances from multiple field locations.
FIS GETPAID was implemented as a bolt on credit and collections application to standardize Credit, Collections, and Cash Application workflows. Configuration emphasized credit decisioning workflows, automated collections tasking and dispute tracking, and centralized cash application controls, enabling a shared services model for day to day receivables management.
Integrations were executed to support operation alongside several different ERP systems used across acquired business units, allowing receivable portfolios to be managed centrally while retaining transactional posting in source ERPs. Operational coverage included Corporate Shared Service Center staff in Quincy Illinois and European Shared Service Centers, with the Manager of Credit and Collections overseeing consolidation and steady state operations.
Governance and process changes accompanied the technical rollout, with departmental policies, procedures and key performance metrics established to monitor performance and communicate results to staff and upper management. The Manager of Credit and Collections recommended the purchase and successfully integrated the consolidation of receivable portfolios using FIS GETPAID, enabling unified credit and collections operations within the AR Automation framework.

In 2015, Gardner Denver implemented SAP Concur Travel as part of a companywide Travel Management initiative. The deployment introduced Concur Travel, Concur Expense and Business Intelligence to automate and standardize travel and expense processes across its global manufacturing operations, addressing a prior paper-based worksheet approach that had become inefficient.
The solution was provisioned as a multi-language platform integrated throughout Gardner Denver's global systems, enabling central administration from the Illinois office.
