| SAP | Legacy | SAP ERP ECC 6.0 | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2010 | 2010 |
In 2010, Getinge implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as its ERP Financial solution, consolidating five separate ERP systems into a single SAP ERP ECC 6.0 platform to centralize finance operations. The program was positioned to unify finance and accounting across the enterprise, aligning the finance organization with standardized chart of accounts and master data practices.
The implementation emphasized core financial modules typical of ERP Financial deployments, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and financial close and consolidation workflows. Configuration work included harmonization of chart of accounts, master data management rules, period close sequencing, and automated posting and validation controls to support consistent accounting processes.
SAP ERP ECC 6.0 was deployed as part of a broader application rationalization effort that included CRM consolidation from Siebel to Salesforce, BI consolidation into Cognos, and partnerships to establish TrackWise as the QMS standard, Plateau as the LMS standard, SuccessFactors as the HRIS standard, and Windchill as the DMS standard. The SAP ERP ECC 6.0 implementation was integrated with cross functional systems for shared master data and reporting, and it supported interfaces to BI, QMS, HRIS, DMS, and CRM platforms to maintain traceability across regulated life sciences processes.
Governance for the program created centralized financial process governance and master data stewardship, with coordinated change control and process alignment workstreams involving QA and RA, HR, and business units. The rollout established standardized financial workflows and close governance while enabling parallel projects for mobile application standardization led by Sales and Marketing.

| Sterling Talent Solutions | Legacy | Sterling Background Check | BackGround Screening | HCM | n/a | 2022 | 2022 |
In 2022, Getinge implemented Sterling Background Check for BackGround Screening across its North America HR operations. The Sterling Background Check deployment was embedded into the new-hire experience and coordinated from Getinge HQ North America in Wayne, New Jersey, supporting HR Shared Services, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and front-line managers during onboarding.
The implementation configured Sterling Background Check to orchestrate candidate screening workflows, receipt and adjudication of results, and status updates within onboarding processes. Sterling Background Check was used as the primary BackGround Screening application, and configuration work included role-based screening triggers, candidate notifications, and integration points to feed screening status into the HR lifecycle.
Integrations were explicitly audited between SAP SuccessFactors and UKG Ready, with Sterling Background Check functioning as the screening component in the end-to-end onboarding chain. The technical scope therefore included SAP SuccessFactors as the HRIS for new hire data, UKG Ready for downstream payroll/time interfaces, and Matrix for Leave of Absence recordkeeping, reflecting a multi-system operational flow across approximately 3,500 employees spanning seven companies, 14 pay groups, and more than 40 U.S. states.
Operational governance emphasized HRIS data quality and process controls, with Getinge staff auditing HRIS entries in SAP SuccessFactors, finalizing UKG Ready job-aid guides for managers and employees, and training managers on onboarding and screening steps that surface Sterling Background Check status. The deployment was managed within existing HR Shared Services and Payroll processes, with explicit auditing of the SAP SuccessFactors to UKG Ready interface to ensure screening outcomes were reconciled into payroll and employee records.

| Infor | Legacy | Infor M3 | Manufacturing ERP | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017 Getinge implemented Infor M3 as its Manufacturing ERP, initiating a controlled rollout of a core enterprise manufacturing platform. The implementation was positioned to consolidate manufacturing and supply chain functional control under Infor M3 while the organization maintained an ERP roadmap to guide future program phases.
Infor M3 was configured to cover standard Manufacturing ERP capabilities including production planning, inventory management, procurement and order-to-cash workflows, with finance and cost accounting functions integrated into the same application footprint. Configuration work focused on aligning master data, item and BOM structures, and shop floor transaction patterns to support manufacturing operations and inventory accuracy.
Operationally the program ran alongside ongoing support for existing ERP assets, with the company operating and supporting its incumbent ERP solutions such as M3 and iScala under a centralized legacy application team. Governance established a combined support and roadmap function to maintain day-to-day operations, prioritize enhancements, and coordinate staged releases and process alignment across manufacturing, supply chain and finance teams.
