The implementation positioned Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices as the central invoice capture layer feeding SAP financial and controlling processes, aligning the Company Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices Intelligent Document Processing Business Function relationship with SAP FI-CO and the controlling organization.
The deployment focused on invoice scanning and automated data extraction, with configuration for optical character recognition, document classification, data validation rules, and exception handling to support post-processing workflows. Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices was configured to produce validated invoice payloads for downstream accounting, supporting standard AP automation patterns and handoffs into SAP FI-CO posting and controlling reconciliation activities.
Integrations were explicitly oriented to SAP, with operational links to SAP FI-CO and the wider BI stack including SAP BusinessObjects Cloud and HANA Studio management.
