Operational coverage focused on enterprise HR operations for Logmein’s employee base of 2800, with primary business functions impacted including HR, talent acquisition and people operations. Integrations were managed within the Workday application suite to align absence processing with onboarding and core HCM records, preserving consistent employee eligibility and time off data across modules.
Governance and operational readiness included maintaining change documentation and training materials, conducting Level 2 and Level 3 production support, and running controlled UAT cycles and configuration governance. The HRIS team monitored new Workday feature releases to drive adoption, supported ad hoc projects such as M&A activities, and participated in the Workday Community to surface improvements and best practices for Absence and Leave Management.
