In 2015, GovX implemented Microsoft 365. GovX deployed Microsoft 365 as its Collaboration platform and uses Microsoft 365 on their website.
The deployment was provisioned as a cloud-hosted Microsoft 365 tenant configured to deliver core collaboration capabilities, including enterprise email and calendaring, SharePoint Online based document management and intranet, OneDrive for individual file synchronization, and Teams for real-time chat and meetings. Configuration work focused on mailbox provisioning, site collection and document library structures, file synchronization settings, and collaboration workspace templates.
The implementation was operated organization-wide to support corporate communications, content collaboration, and knowledge sharing across departments.
