Integrations explicitly included Informatica Power Center as the ETL engine, scheduled jobs with UC4 and interactions with the scheduling team using Workload Scheduler, and data feeds from ODS sources and flat files into the target data warehouse. Operational coverage centered on the Provider Data group and supporting business users, with orchestration managing continuous loads from multiple source systems into the data warehouse and triggering downstream reporting processes.
Governance and runbook activities emphasized close interaction with the Source Team and business stakeholders for data validation, extensive documentation of design and daily load processes, and production support across environments. The AppWorx Workload Automation implementation aligned scheduling and ETL process controls with existing SQL scripting, testing routines and the organization workflow for Provider Data, improving operational coordination between ETL development, scheduling and business validation teams.
