Data inputs combined Enterprise Data Analytics team SAS reports with manual Excel updates and extracts from TechnologyOne Financials, and collaboration and post submission queries were coordinated through MS Teams. The production and submission cadence covered monthly, quarterly and yearly APRA returns and associated submission artifacts. Governance emphasized signoff assurance through written process notes, checklists, reconciliations and validation records, with improved Excel structures used to document manual adjustments and controls. The engagement increased Regulatory Reporting team capacity during a period of heightened regulatory change and transformation. Post submission support included handling APRA queries and maintaining reconciliation and validation artifacts to support ongoing prudential compliance.
