The solution footprint covered finance, billing, and HR adjacent processes, enabling coordinated record keeping and transactional flows between those business functions.
Governance and lifecycle responsibilities were consolidated under the same technical lead, who retained responsibility for maintenance, development and functional continuity of both People Net and SAP Business One. This approach centralized application stewardship and supported iterative configuration and development for both the HR application and the ERP Financial system.
