These integrations created a transaction flow from payroll calculation in Aspel NOI to accounting entries in Aspel COI and transactional reconciliation and invoicing in SAP and ASPEL SAE, enabling handoffs between treasury, HR, and accounting functions. Governance emphasized IMSS compliance tracking, formal timbrado of electronic receipts, and standardized processes for contract generation and personnel file filing, with a weekly operational cadence for petty cash and expense control. Operational ownership rested with treasury and HR, which coordinated payroll calculation, voucher dispersion, and cross-system posting and reconciliation across corporate and branch sites.
