The implementation included asset hierarchy definition and domain specific configuration for plant and network equipment, allowing planners and supervisors to operate from a unified CMMS instance while servicing distributed operational sites. Governance and operational rollout established standardized maintenance planning processes, a single work order governance model, and phased user onboarding to align planners, schedulers, and field technicians. Data stewardship practices were introduced for asset master data, maintenance schedules, and spare parts catalogs to sustain the PrometeoManutenzione CMMS configuration and operational discipline.
