Operational scope covered Customer Success reporting and adjacent organizational strategy teams, with ongoing support for data type and structure issues, report modification and enhancements using OpenText Analytics. Governance centered on establishing repeatable ETL jobs and data cleansing routines, and operational handoffs focused on sustaining report accuracy and resolving customer data scenarios.
