Implementation work documented and executed functional and technical requirements, and included coding new programs and modifying existing procedures to align Payroll and financial processing to the Infor Lawson ERP Financial environment.
Operational scope centered on HR and Finance business functions across Harris Teeter, and integration work included changing the employee identifier from Social Security number to a non sensitive employee ID and replacing the employee performance process with a new vendor Success Factors. Technical integration effort also produced reconciliation programs to match credit and debit card transactions between payment processing feeds and the financial datasets in the INFOR and GEAC mainframe applications.
Governance and release control followed mainframe production change control practices, using SCLM, TSO ISPF, File-Aid and IBM OS utilities alongside SyncSort and standard MS Office artifacts to manage requirements, code changes and deployments.
