Reporting and analytics were delivered through SAP Analysis for Office, SAP Analytics Cloud, and custom SAP reports to support statutory and management reporting within the ERP Financial environment.
Integrations with external systems were implemented to enable end to end finance processing and to support the handoff to application managed services, while the operational scope concentrated on finance, treasury, and controlling functions across US, UK, and Canada. The senior SAP FICO lead monitored and directed the S4 Finance team to ensure a controlled transition from development to AMS and to manage technical and functional change requests aligned to the finance roadmap. This approach unified transactional finance, profitability, and costing flows under SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
Governance was centralized under the Global Finance product owner model, with accountability for RICEFW governance, reporting standards, and the SAP Finance roadmap. The senior SAP FICO lead acted as SME to translate business requirements into S/4 FI and CO solutions and led the SAP IT finance team during rollout and stabilization. The project successfully managed Harry's finance digital transformation through the SAP greenfield implementation in the USA, UK, and Canada, establishing SAP S/4HANA Cloud as Harry's ERP Financial platform.
