Oracle Oracle e-Business Suite Accounts Payable Oracle Cloud ERP Accounts Payable AP Automation ERP Financial Management n/a 2021 2021
In 2021, Herbalife Nutrition migrated accounts payable from Oracle e-Business Suite Accounts Payable to Oracle Cloud ERP Accounts Payable as a targeted AP Automation implementation. The work centered on replacing the on premise payables workflow with Oracle Cloud ERP Accounts Payable and aligning core finance processes to the AP Automation category across the corporate finance organization. The implementation covered a broad set of financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, Fixed Asset, Cash Management, Subledger Accounting, Intercompany, Costing, and Project Costing. Functional capabilities provisioned for Accounts Payable included Automatic Invoice Processing functionality IDR, supplier master and open invoice conversion, and the use of FBDI and ADFDI templates to upload supplier master records, open payables, customer master data, journals, currency rates, and closing balances. Integrations were designed using OIC Integration and an integration platform with web services to interface external systems into GL and AP, and to synchronize Project Accounting with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Configuration leveraged Rapid Installation RI templates to establish enterprise structures, banks, bank branches, bank accounts, and cross validation rules, while custom payment formats and check formatting were coordinated with the development team to meet bank requirements. Governance and delivery practices emphasized business requirements mapping, gap analysis, and controlled configuration changes, with custom roles and security rules created for AP and GL. The program executed in sprint cycles with System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing, supported by test scripts, configuration documents, training materials, and resolution of conference room pilot and UAT issues to operationalize Oracle Cloud ERP Accounts Payable under the AP Automation scope.

iCIMS Oracle Taleo Cloud Service iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System Applicant Tracking System HCM n/a 2023 2023
In 2023, Herbalife Nutrition deployed iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System as its primary recruiting platform. The implementation replaced Oracle Taleo Cloud Service and focuses on delivering a web‑embedded career portal experience through the iCIMS-hosted careers site. The iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System deployment uses a cloud-based SaaS architecture, configured to manage core Applicant Tracking System workflows including candidate sourcing, applicant tracking, job requisition management, interview scheduling, and offer administration. Configuration emphasized recruiter and hiring manager workflows, automated candidate status transitions, and built-in reporting to support recruiting operations and compliance tracking. Integration work concentrated on embedding the iCIMS career portal on Herbalife Nutrition’s public careers pages using the iCIMS connect implementation visible at the company careers URL, enabling direct application routing and candidate data capture from the website. Operational ownership sits with talent acquisition and HR recruitment teams who use the platform for end-to-end hiring activity and candidate lifecycle management. Governance changes accompanied the rollout, with standardized requisition approval workflows and role-based access configured for recruiters and hiring managers to enforce hiring policies and streamline request-to-offer processes. The program prioritized consistent recruiting practices across the organization, with the iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System serving as the centralized source for hiring data and candidate records.

Oracle Legacy Oracle Retail Merchandising System Retail Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2017 2017
In 2017, Herbalife Nutrition implemented Oracle Retail Merchandising System in the Retail Management category. The RMS Middleware Integration project was scoped to orchestrate business processes and facilitate communication among Oracle Retail Merchandising System, Oracle E-Business Suite, Warehouse Management System, JDA and E3, APIS, and SAS. The integration architecture centers on Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g components, including Oracle SOA Suite, BPEL for process orchestration, and Oracle OSB for message routing and protocol mediation. Oracle Data Integrator 11g was used for bulk and scheduled data movements, with Oracle Database Server 11g hosting centralized reference and transactional data, and Oracle Enterprise Repository 11G cataloging service contracts and WSDL artifacts. Oracle Retail Merchandising System produced multiple interface streams such as store, item, and supplier messages, delivered via RIB topics or file based exports. Middleware components picked messages from RMS, applied transformations using XSLT and XQuery, wrapped payloads in XML and SOAP envelopes where required, and routed formatted messages to destination systems according to BPEL driven business processes and OSB routing rules. Operational coverage tied merchandising, inventory, warehouse and finance functions to analytics workflows in SAS through the middleware layer, creating a message driven orchestration model for downstream systems. Development and release governance used JDeveloper 11g, SVN source control, HUDSON server for builds, and JIRA for issue tracking, supporting controlled deployments and service level governance based on WSDL and OER published contracts.
