Functional configuration work included template-driven process mapping, role based process controls, and MDG rules to enforce consistency in product and customer master records. Operational coverage for SAP S/4 HANA was defined at a global level, while program delivery and application expertise were anchored in Lenzburg, Switzerland. The deployment targeted finance, sales order management, supply chain and master data management functions, with application experts designated to maintain the global template and local site adaptations where required. BearingPoint served as the system integrator on the initiative, and internal governance established named application ownership roles. Personnel records show roles such as Global SAP S/4 HANA Application Expert O2C and Process Expert Logistics from February 2023 onward, and a PHI IT Application Expert O2C and MDG role from July 2021 through February 2023, reflecting sustained application level stewardship for the SAP S/4 HANA ERP Financial implementation.
